UNLEASHING POTENTIAL
Do you believe in yourself and tap into your enormous potential?
Rumi says, "Look at your eyes, they are so small, yet they see enormous things." You may be small physically but you have an enormous power inside of you. Once you start believing in yourself, the whole world will believe in you.
Each of us has an enormous capacity to accomplish his or her aspirations. But if we do not believe in ourselves, we cannot unleash our potential. Ask yourself: If I do not believe in myself, who will? Thinking big is about recognizing our innate beauty and power. It is about coming to know our divine greatness. This knowing nurtures and supports our belief in ourselves.
You have enormous potential and the desire to shoot for the stars.
Shooting for the stars requires you to display a form of chutzpah - a non-conforming courage to create something despite all odds.
How about you?
Are you displaying excellence in your life?
Striving for excellence means going the extra mile in everything you do. Many people settle for expediency: doing just enough to get by. What they don't realize is that they are taking a shortcut to failure. Going the extra mile is a long-term approach. It takes effort, and often requires you to sacrifice short-term pleasure. However, once you go the extra mile, you find that there is less competition and the road becomes clearer.
People who strive for excellence stand out from the crowd. Their demeanour is unmistakable: you can tell that they mean business and will always deliver -- no matter what. We tend to rely on these people and expect outstanding work from them.
Giving extraordinary service is one way of achieving excellence. The more you put into the bowl of service, the more you get back in the bowl of rewards. If you want to increase your rewards in life, increase your service. Do common things uncommonly well and see how your rewards increase.
How about you?
Are you doing your part in displaying excellence in your life?
REGAINING BALANCE
Are you making a difference in your business?
Thomas Edison, the founder of GE said "I never perfected an invention that I did not think in terms of service it might give to others." Without the service (giving) element not much can be achieved with the customers.
Walt Disney's mission was "to bring a smile to a child's face" and he was able to persevere through a lot of struggle and challenges to make his dream a reality. Of course there was a profit motive, all corporations have that but notice the link to giving - bringing a smile to a child's face.
Curves which is now the largest fitness franchise in the world built its success by putting clear, simple user friendly work-out that busy women could complete quickly. They put the customer first and now they are first!

Do you realize the power of giving?
The principles of the power of giving are universal. They apply irrespective of the organization or institution you belong to. They apply whether you give to customers, employees, environment, family or stranger.
The burning desire of the power to give is inside all of us. As you give, you get. It creates a win for both the giver and the recipient. Therein lies the power of giving!
If you work for a corporation or an organization ask yourself the following questions: Is your organization optimizing customer or client growth? Do you know what attracts customers or clients to do business with you? Do you attract and retain talented employees? Has your corporation established trust and credibility in the market place? Is your company socially responsible?
Upon reflecting on these questions you will realize the importance of giving to customers, employees, community and the environment.
Corporate Sufi TM reflects this blend. Corporate symbolizing success, power, ambition and material abundance. Sufi symbolizing the essence, principles, giving and spiritual abundance. When corporate executives display these traits they have a potential of having not only material abundance but also spiritual abundance.
